Jen joined the Central Lakes Trust team in 2015. She most enjoys being part of a collaborative team working together to maximise the benefit to the local community through the CLT’s initiatives and funding.

Prior to CLT, Jen worked in health administration where she spent most of her time as a clinical coder. By analysing and coding patient notes to match diseases, injuries, and procedures, she played a crucial role in collating information that could be used for research and to plan funding.

As the current longest serving CLT employee Jen is a wealth of knowledge – both for business purposes and when taking part in the daily quiz!

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending her spare time gardening and travelling.
