Reminder to vote in Central Lakes Trust trustee election

Voting for the Central Lakes Trust (CLT) triennial trustee elections is closing soon.

Nine candidates from across the CLT funding region are standing to fill the five community-elected positions on the board. They will join the three appointed trustees in guiding how the trust’s funds are managed and how grants are distributed to local projects and initiatives.

“CLT is a community asset and we’d like to encourage everyone from our funding region to have a say in who represents them on our board,” says Linda Robertson, Chair of CLT.

The election is conducted both online and via postal voting. To vote online, go to https://ivote.electionz.com/e/CLT2025. Be sure to have your PIN and password as noted in your voter pack handy. The last recommended day for postal voting is Monday, 17 November to ensure it is delivered to the Returning Officer by midday (12pm) on Friday, 21 November 2025 when voting closes. Paper votes can also be placed in the ballot box in the CLT office located at 190 Waenga Drive, Cromwell.
