New Director opportunity at Pioneer Energy

Central Lakes Trust (CLT) is seeking to appoint an experienced director to the Board of Pioneer Energy Limited (Pioneer), a wholly owned CLT company and active investor in renewable and sustainable energy across New Zealand. Through its subsidiaries, the company operates generation, retail, and energy services, delivering strong returns and driving the transition to a low-carbon future.

We are seeking a governance leader with business acumen, corporate finance expertise, and deep knowledge of electricity retail and generation. Integrity, innovation, and a community focus are essential. Board meetings are held 8–10 times annually. This opportunity is the result of planned director rotation, and the incumbent director is likely to re-stand.
